• Service providers who process data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement, including our hosting provider. All subprocessors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.

All primary data for the Emory Pro platform is stored on AWS servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Website data is processed within the EU/EEA. German commercial law requires retention of certain business records for up to 10 years.
